Whether you want to push for a
place in the first XV, play social seconds rugby or just come to
training to keep fit then contact the club membership secretary
for more information, or simply come down to Station Park (pitches
opposite the Old Course Hotel) on a Tuesday or Thursday evening to join
in!

Scottish Rugby is currently undertaking an audit in conjunction with the Central Registered Body in Scotland (CRBS) and Disclosure Scotland to ensure all coaches at our member clubs have been properly Disclosed in accordance with the appropriate legislation. Scottish Rugby is under an obligation to ensure compliance with The Code of Practice as published by Scottish Ministers under Section 122(1) of the Police Act 1997.

Video analyst is coming to film the match v
Kinross at home on 31st October, then will come back and film the match
v Orkney at home on 21st November, both weather permitting.
The
Tuesday following both these games I will reveiw the footage with him,
before using it at the beginning of Thursday's training to work on the
key points.
This is a new facility for us, and I am eager to see what it reveals about our play.

We
are fortunate to be able to employ one of Scotland's foremost coaches,
and the benefit to our rucking game is already obvious. Don't miss
